Mud Fever in Horses
Mud fever is caused by horses/ponies legs being partially submerged in wet mud. During the wet weather the horse/pony will lose hair on legs, which if left unattended will bleed and could lead to cellulitis.
Our treatment is very simple, based on a waterproof carrier, with essential oils that will aid healing and prevent infection when used regularly.
